Barry Gibb gift to his old school 2026

Barry’s gift to his old school in Australia.

For Humpybong’s  150th.  Birthday Celebration ( September 11th. 2026).

From Barry’s Facebook page:

Humpybong was the first school Barry and his brothers and sister, (Colin Peterson was in the same class as Barry) attended after arriving in Australia.

When Barry learnt about their milestone anniversary, he knew the school would be the perfect home for this special piece of art.

From Humpybong State School Facebook page:

Thank you to Barry Gibb for his donation of this awesome painting from his personal collection, and the accompanying framed gift plaque and photo. Barry sent these over to Humpybong SS for our 150th birthday! Legend.

At Humpybong, we all belong…  When Barry Gibb of Bee Gees fame, sent this fantastic fan pop art canvas from his personal collection, that he had kept for many years (because it is indeed awesome!), over to our school for our 150th anniversary celebration, we wanted to share the extra photos the Peninsula locals and the worldwide fans have requested…  Thanks again Barry…!  Legend.  Humpybong Strong.
